European new passenger car registration - same level as 2018

ACEA released the new passenger car registration figures for November 2019. The total EU demand is almost at the same level as last year (-0.3%) but in 4 out 5 major markets the demand decreased. Only Germany with +3.9% recorder growth so far this year.
